15 Week 10K and Half Marathon Challenge Training Plan designed for beginners and those who haven't been running. Designed to help you prepare for a runDisney or other multiple day running challenge. This training plan with 4 runs per week and including a weekly strength work out to help increase strength and speed.

 

This training is for you if:

  • You're running your first runDinsey challenge

  • You're running your first half marathon

  • You haven't been running consistently for a while

     

Each week includes 4/5 running or walking workouts including a speed specific training run and pace specific run as well as a strength workout.
