This is a 15 week 10K and half marathon training plan with 4/5 runs per week and includes a weekly strength work out to help increase strength and speed.
This training is for you if:
You've run a runDinsey challenge before
You have run a marathon in the past year
You're comfortable running 4-5 days per week and challenging yourself
Each week includes 4/5 running or walking workouts including a speed specific training run and pace specific run as well as a strength workout.
