15 Week Half Marathon Training Plan designed for those with a solid running base. This is a half marathon training plan with 4 runs per week and includes a weekly strength work out to help increase strength and speed.

 

This training is for you if:

  • You've already run a half marathon.

  • Your running has been consistent for the last few months.

  • You're comfortable starting with a 6 mile long run

  •  

Each week includes 4 running workouts including track speed work and a pace specific run as well as a strength workout.
