15 Week Half Marathon Training Plan designed for beginners and those who haven't been running. This is a half marathon training plan with 4 runs per week and including a weekly strength work out to help increase strength and speed.

 

This training is for you if:

  • You're running your first half marathon

  • You haven't been running consistently for a while

  • You have a busy life and 4 runs plus one workout per week is best for you!

 

Each week includes 4 running workouts including a speed specific training run and pace specific run as well as a strength workout.
